QUINCY, MI (WTVB) – Both of the Quincy track teams recorded two victories on Monday night in a meet with Springport and Bronson.
In the boys meets, the Orioles defeated Springport 98.67 to 29.33 and Bronson 100 to 27. Bronson also lost to Springport 59 to 51. Quincy winners were Wyatt Towers (400), Brady Harper (800), Erik Butchart (1600), Rhett Reif (3200), Tae’Sean Bodley (110 hurdles), A.J. Henderson (shot put and discus), Ben Schreur (high jump) and Caden Moore (pole vault). Quincy finished first in the 800, 1600 and 3200 relays.
In the girls meets, Quincy defeated Springport 100 to 21 and Bronson 101 to 21 while Bronson defeated Springport 33 to 28. Quincy winners were Brooke Wasikowski (400), Avery Rufenacht (800, 1600), Emily Snell (100 hurdles), Raigan Horsfall (shot put), Sophia Snellenberger (discus), Nikkia Cronk (high jump), Flo Vito (pole vault) and Anna Richer (long jump). Quincy won the 800, 1600 and 3200 relays. Bronson winners were Jenna Salek (100 and 200) and Alison Fish (300 hurdles).
