COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – You probably already know that area businesses have been struggling to find enough employees to fill vacancies recently.
The Coldwater Area Chamber of Commerce and Consumers Credit Union will be hosting a webinar next Wednesday, May 26 from 11:00 a.m. until 12noon called “Engage Coldwater”.
The webinar will cover such items as recruiting and retention, benefits and creating a successful workplace culture.
Local leaders and industry experts will be on hand to discuss how successful workplace cultures can attract and retain employees.
Panelists include Sekisui Voltek HR Director Cynthia Visotsky, Bobilya Dodge Ram Owner Dean Bobilya and Sheena Sigler from Cobra Motorcycle.
