COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Branch County and the Southwest Michigan Solid Waste Consortium will once again be hosting a scrap tire recycling event on Saturday, August 28 at the Human Services Building at 570 Marshall Road in Coldwater.
It’s only open to Branch County residents who will be allowed to donate up to 10 tires at no charge between 9:00 a.m. and 12 noon.
No tractor tires will be accepted. The only tires being collected are passenger vehicle and pickup tires.
The event is being made possible by a Michigan Department of Environmental Quality Scrap Tire Grant.
