AMBOY TOWNSHIP, MI (WTVB) – Four persons were injured Sunday night when two vehicles collided at a Hillsdale County intersection.
The Hillsdale County Sheriff’s Departments reports the crash took place at about 8:10 p.m. at East Territorial and South Bird Lake Roads.
Deputies report 19-year-old Korbin Paris of Montpelier, Ohio allegedly disregarded a stop sign and struck a vehicle driven by 60-year-old Randy Earl May of Waldron.
Everyone involved in the crash were wearing their seat belts.
Paris was taken to Allegiance Hospital while a passenger, 23-year-old Paul Shaffer of Montpelier, was taken to Bryan Hospital.
May and a passenger, 55-year-old Lisa Marie Bell of Waldron, were both taken to Hillsdale Hospital.
The crash remains under investigation.
The Hillsdale County Sheriff’s Office were assisted by the Michigan State Police as well as fire departments from Pittsford, Waldron and Morenci.
Also assisting were the Reading Emergency Unit, Hudson Ambulance, Auto Images Towing and George’s Towing.
