LANSING, MI (WTVB) – A former Coldwater Community Schools Superintendent was among the dignitaries who participated in Tuesday’s signing of the $17 billion state school aid budget.
Dr. Tina Kerr served at Coldwater Superintendent from 2010 to 2015, when she left to become the Deputy Executive Director of the Michigan Association of Superintendents and Administrators. She was named MASA Executive Director on July 1, 2020.
During Dr. Kerr’s time at Coldwater, the Dr. Robert W. Browne Aquatic Center was constructed. The district also shifted to grade-level elementary schools during her CCS tenure.
