Richard R. Mowrey, 88, of Coldwater, passed away Monday, August 30, 2021 at Masonville Place under hospice care.
A graveside service with military honors will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, September 2, 2021 at Riverside Cemetery in Union City.
