Lori Anna Rhodes, 60, of Fremont, Indiana, formerly of Branch County, Michigan, passed away Monday, September 13, 2021 in Angola, Indiana.
Following a private cremation, a graveside service will be held at a later date. The family will be having a public dinner at 5:00 p.m. Thursday, September 16 located at 687 Ray Quincy Rd, Quincy MI.
Lorie was born November 22, 1960 in Coldwater, MI to Albert and Edith Barker. After the passing of Edith, Lorie and siblings were adopted by their Aunt Mary and Uncle Wayne Rhodes. They grew up with their cousins, who were more like brothers and sisters. Lorie enjoyed going to church and having fellowship in her bible study groups. When not in church, she absolutely loved music and enjoyed fishing.
Lorie is survived by her children, Leonard Bauder Jr. of FL, Ricky Baker of Coldwater and Johnathon Baker of Tennessee; several nieces, nephews, and grandchildren; and one great-grandchild; siblings: Wayne Rhodes of Quincy, Almonia Williamson of Battle Creek, Francis Rhodes of Quincy, Albert Rhodes of Union City, Georgetta Traverse of Battle Creek, Ruth Rhodes of Battle Creek, Anna Ranshaw of Battle Creek, Terry Rhodes of Battle Creek, Wayne Rhodes Jr. of Battle Creek, Frank Rhodes of Battle Creek, Lloyd Rhodes of Battle Creek.
She was preceded in death by her parents, adoptive parents, and twin children; Everton and Ernest Bauder.
