COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Sunrise Rotary Promise Scholarship Program Endowment Fund has gotten a financial boost.
The Hal and Lillian Creal Fund has donated $25,000 which has been matched by the George and Kathleen Babcoke Trust.
George Babcoke says this equals the original “Keystone” contributions of $25,000 to the Promise Endowment which led to the Rotary Match Challenge.
The latest donations will put the Promise Endowment at over $350,000.
The Sunrise Promise Scholarship Program along with the Kellogg Community College Foundation has awarded over 60 scholarships to Branch County High School graduates or Branch County residents enrolled in K.C.C. healthcare or industrial trades programs.
