BRANCH COUNTY, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater Cardinals will try for their fourth straight win on Friday night as they will play at Parma Western. Both teams are 3-2 overall. Coldwater is 3-1 in the Interstate 8 while Parma is 2-2 in the conference.
Coldwater has a 11-2 edge in the series against the Panthers but Parma has won two out of the last three meetings.
Last year’s game was not played due to COVID-19.

In other Branch County high school football games, it’s Homecoming for Bronson as the Vikings will host Homer and Quincy plays at Springport. In 8-person football, Tekonsha will host North Adams-Jerome.
In a game that was moved to Thursday night due to the lack of officials, Union City lost a non-conference game at Alumni Field to Addison 44-14. After falling behind 38-0, Union City got a pair of fourth quarter touchdowns from Garrett Iobe and Landyn Crance. The loss dropped the Chargers record to 2-3.
