FLORENCE TOWNSHIP, MI (WTVB) – The St. Joseph County Sheriff’s Department says a 40-year-old man from White Pigeon was arrested Monday morning with a large amount of methamphetamine in his possession.
Sheriff Mark Lillywhite says deputies conducted a traffic stop at 2:48 a.m. on a suspicious vehicle on Constantine Road near Stears Road.
They later found 23 grams of meth in the driver’s possession.
The driver was the vehicle’s lone occupant. He was lodged at the St. Joseph County Jail on a charge of possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine.
