Larry D. Ware, 72, of Quincy, passed away Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at his home.
There will be no services or calling hours for Larry Ware at this time. A graveside service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to the Eagle Funeral Home-George White Chapel in Quincy.
He was born February 13, 1949 in Jackson to Doyle and Betty Lou (Bennett) Ware. He married Jill Berry and she survives.
Larry attended Homer High School and proudly served his country in the US Marines in Vietnam. Larry loved riding motorcycles, listening to his Ham Radio, singing and playing the guitar. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. Larry was also a member of the Quincy American Legion Post 157.
Surviving besides his wife, Jill are two children, Larry (Dena) Ware, Jr. and Natalie Allaman; grandchildren, Megan Ware, Mac Ware, Mickey Allaman, Tyler Hutchins, Gunnar Hutchins and Brittany (Kale) Schumacher; several great-grandchildren; and sisters, Donna (Robert) Warner, Gerry Lynn Brown and Melinda Kay Sype.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters.
