COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Due to the weather, the Coldwater Recreation Department has announced that its Haunted Halloween Forest that was scheduled to take place at Rotary Park on Friday and Saturday has been postponed to next weekend.
The forecast was calling for showers with possible thunderstorms on Friday with a chance for showers again on Saturday.
The new dates are Friday, October 22 and Saturday, October 23. It will still take place from 5:00 until 9:00 p.m. in Rotary Park.
For younger children, and those who don’t like being scared, the less scary forest will take place from 5:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m..
The scary forest will take place from 7:30 p.m. until 9:00 p.m..
The price of admission is $5 per person and covers your entrance onto the haunted trail, some treats, and a photo with your group.
Participants are encouraged to stay up to date with event news, and post their photos from the event, on the Facebook event page.
