HILLSDALE, MI (WTVB) – The Branch-Hillsdale-St. Joseph Community Health Agency will hold a COVID-19 Vaccination clinic at Hillsdale High School on Tuesday, November 16, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m..
The agency says this clinic is in response to the demand for booster and primary series vaccinations.
BHSJ CHA is offering all manufacturers’ booster doses to residents who meet the proper criteria which includes receiving a Pfizer or Moderna vaccine as a primary vaccine with the second dose being at least six months ago. You are eligible for a booster dose if you are 65 or older.
In addition, you are eligible if you’re 18 or older with underlying medical conditions identified by the Centers for Disease Control, if you live in a long-term care setting or if you in a high-risk setting.
If you’re 18 and over and received a single dose J&J (Janssen) vaccine as a primary vaccine at least two months ago, you should receive a single J&J booster dose.
