COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The ProMedica Coldwater Regional Hospital Volunteers are preparing for the 21st annual “Celebration of Lights” project.
This year’s event will be a drive-by format and will take place on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at 5:30 p.m.
You can enjoy the Memorial Tree which will be decorated once again in blue lights from the warmth of your car.
The names of loved ones honored will be displayed in a printed program.
The entrance for the program will be on U.S. 12 where participants will be greeted and given a program with a small token of appreciation.
Proceeds from the project will go toward the ProMedica Coldwater Garden of Hope and the Memorial Garden. These gardens on the hospital campus are a place for visitors, patients, and staff to enjoy a quiet moment.
The first Celebration of Lights took place in 2000. Over the years, the goal of raising money to benefit patients and the hospital as well as sharing the spirit of the holiday season through Celebration of Lights has remained the same.
Donation envelopes are available by request and can be sent in the mail. Contact the ProMedica Coldwater Volunteers at (517) 279-5448 to have a donation form sent to your home.
