COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater Cardinals scored the first 12 points of the game and went on to defeat the Parma Western Panthers 75-45 on Tuesday night in a Interstate 8 boys basketball game at the Coach Floyd Eby Gymnasium.
Ethan Crabtree scored the first 10 points for Coldwater and finished with a game-high 21 points. He also grabbed 13 rebounds and had eight assists. Donte Work added 12 points and Lu Lebron had 11 points. Evan Sloan had nine points and six rebounds.
Coldwater improves to 4-1 overall and 3-1 in the Interstate 8.

Parma Western won the JV game 46-32 and the freshman game 73-26. Nikko Downs led Coldwater in the J.V. game with nine points. Kaden Lewis led the Cardinals in the freshman game by scoring nine points.
