COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Southern Michigan Bank & Trust President Kurt Miller has announced the appointment of two officers. Aaron Lewis has been named First Vice President/Chief Credit Officer while Angela NaDell was named First Vice President/Chief People Officer.
Lewis brings over 20 years of banking and managerial experience to this new position, most recently having worked with Ohio-based Young and Associates, Incorporated as Director of Lending/Senior Consultant. Prior to that he served as Vice President/Credit Administrator for Farmers State Bank, in Munith, Michigan.
Lewis resides in the Jerome area with his wife and daughter.
NaDell brings 20 years of human resource and leadership experience to her new position at Southern. For the past eight years, NaDell has worked for CMS Energy in Jackson. Her most recent role was Executive Director, People and Culture, Leadership and Organizational Development.
Prior to CMS Energy, she was Division HR Manager for Eaton Corporation and HR Manager for Campbell Soup Company.
NaDell currently resides in the Somerset area with her husband and sons.
