COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater Polar Bear Middle School team finished their season up with the MISCA state meet on Saturday. The Polar Bears made a couple team firsts this season. Sienna Losinski is the first girl to ever qualify. This season has the most kids Coldwater has ever qualified with seven. The entire boys team of Copper Otto, Taylor Eberts, Brennen King, Luke Marteen, Mason Sabaitis and Ivan McConnell all qualified for state this year and every team record was broken. At Saturday’s meet, Cooper Otto made the awards stand in both his individual events with a third in the 100 Breast and a 6th in the 100 IM. The relay of Brennen King, Mason Sabaitis, Taylor Eberts, and Cooper Otto received a medal in the 400 Free relay with a 7th place finish.
