UNION CITY, MI (WTVB) – After almost three years, the Union City Senior Center Project is nearly complete.
The interior work in the former Putnam Funeral Home building is almost done and Village officials are reminding residents that donation forms are due back to Village of Union City Office by March 15.
A large etched glass donor plaque is being ordered to display in the lobby of the Center with the names of all those who donated funds to the project.
A minimum of a $100 donation is required to be a part of that plaque.
All of the money raised will go directly to the project and the restoration of the historic building into a multi use building for seniors in Union City and the surrounding area.
Printed forms are available at the Village Office or can be sent electronically upon request. Call the Village Office at (517) 741-8591 if you have any questions.
