COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – ProMedica Coldwater Regional Hospital has announced an update to its temporary visitor restrictions which went into effect a week ago.
ProMedica went back to the level 1 visitor restriction as the COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations have fallen sharply in recent weeks.
Until further notice, two visitors will be allowed bedside for non-COVID-19 adult inpatients. If a COVID-19 patient is positive or is suspected being positive and if they are no longer in isolation, two bedside visitors wearing masks will be allowed at all times.
Those in Hospice or at the end of their lives may have up to four visitors per day who are wearing masks. The visitors can be under the age of 16 with permission of the healthcare team.
All hospital visitors will be required to wear masks.
A complete list of protocols and guidelines are available at the ProMedica Coldwater Regional Hospital’s Facebook page.
