BRONSON, MI (WTVB) – The Bronson Vikings have picked the right time of the season to get hot.
The Vikings won their seventh straight game and advanced to the district finals on their home court Wednesday night with a 60-49 victory over Big 8 Conference rival Reading.
Aden Hathaway poured in a game-high 30 points for the Vikings while Reagan Mayer added 15 points.
Bronson will take a 12-9 record into the district finals against Centreville.
The top-seeded Bulldogs are 18-3 after they defeated Union City 53-40.
Landon Galvin led the Chargers with 13 points while Terrence Morgan Junior added 11 points.
Union City finished the season with a record of 9-13.
