BRANCH COUNTY, MI (WTVB) – The overnight snow which measured between one and three inches led to slick driving conditions for the Friday morning commute.
Branch County 911 Communications reported nine slide offs and property damage crashes between 5:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m..
There was one injury crash reported just before 6:00 a.m. at the intersection of Michigan and State which was investigated by the Branch County Sheriff’s Department.
It will feel more like the middle of January instead of the middle of March as the forecast is calling for snow Friday night and Saturday.
Highs on Saturday are expected to be in the mid 20s which is well below normal for this time of year.
A warm up kicks in on Sunday with highs eventually getting into the 60s on Wednesday.
