QUINCY, MI (WTVB) – The Quincy School Board approved the district’s 2022-2023 school calendar on Monday night.
The first day of classes after summer vacation will be on Monday, August 22, 2022.
Students will be off for Christmas break starting on December 16, 2022. Classes will resume on January 3, 2023.
Spring break will during the week of March 27, 2023.
The last day of classes is scheduled for June 7, 2023.
In other business, the board approved a bid of over $126,000 from Stafford Smith of Kalamazoo for renovation work in the Jennings Elementary School kitchen.
The project would take place this summer if materials arrive on time and contractors are lined up. If not, the work will take place during the summer of 2023.
