COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater Area Chamber of Commerce is accepting resumes for a Membership/Marketing Coordinator.
The part time or full time position offers a flexible work week.
Job duties include in the following….
• Document feedback from Ambassador & Director member visits
• Track member interests
• Gather member profiles for ongoing promotions
• Gather & distribute member to member promotions
• Manage membership tracking system
◦ Events attended
◦ Last time visited/contacted by staff
◦ Perks used
• Prepare membership renewals, new member packets & welcome packets
• Call all existing members who are late on payments
• Keep ambassador gift bags on-hand/stocked
• Manage aging report for Director
• Coordinate Ambassador & Executive Director site visits
• Write all minutes up from all meetings
• Provides professional/timely follow-up to members
• Gives “at a glance” reporting for sponsorship & event interests
• Provides event attendance & contact reporting opportunities for board & ambassadors
• Produce the following publications of the organization:
◦ Brochures
◦ Event Fliers
◦ Member Spotlight of the Week
◦ Monthly Daily Reporter Editorial
◦ Bi-Monthly Newsletter
◦ Live at Lunch Facebook Videos
• Maintain and update Chamber website
• Liaison to various community groups
• Runs office while executive director is out visiting members
• Advanced computer skills desired
• Dependable
