BRONSON, MI (WTVB) – The City of Bronson is accepting sealed bids for the leasing of approximately nine to 10 acres of farmland at 422 Mill Street.
The property can be accessed from Mill.
Proposals should be submitted by 2:30 p.m. this Thursday April 7, 2022.
The city reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids for any reason and to seek modifications to the proposals deemed in the best interest of the City of Bronson.
The City of Bronson does not own irrigation equipment on the site nor is there a well from which water is drawn for irrigation.
The City is willing to consider agreements for a four year lease period.
Proposals shall be submitted to The City of Bronson, Attention 422 Mill Street Farm Land Lease, 141 South Matteson Street, Bronson, MI 49028.
