COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services has announced expansion of their partnership with libraries offering free at-home COVID-19 testing kits to state residents.
Officials say the test kits can be a valuable tool to prevent the spread of the virus when returning from Spring Break to your daily activities.
Participating libraries in our area include the Waldron District Library in Hillsdale County and the Nottawa Township Library in St. Joseph County.
The White Pigeon Township Library in St. Joseph County is also participating and will have their test kits soon.
Test kits are limited at each location and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Michiganders are asked to take one kit per person, up to five per household.
Free at home testing kits are also available at www.covid.gov/tests and for select zip codes from Project Act at www.accesscovidtests.org
