Major utility and road reconstruction project in Coldwater starts in early June

COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – City Manager Keith Baker reported to the Coldwater City Council Monday night that the reconstruction project involving Washington, Perkins, Michigan Avenue and Sprague Street is scheduled to begin during the first week of June. Concord Excavating of Concord is the general contractor on this $1.2 million utility and road reconstruction project. Sprague Street will serve as the detour route while South Michigan Avenue is being reconstructed and then South Michigan Avenue will be used as a detour while Sprague Street is being worked on.
