JONESVILLE, MI (WTVB) – The Quincy boys lost to Concord and Jonesville on Wednesday but the Quincy girls got a pair of wins in a Big 8 Conference double dual meet at Jonesville.
In the boys meet, Quincy lost to Jonesville 87-49 and to Concord 85-51.
Quincy winners were Tae’Sean Bodley in the 300 hurdles, Corey Turner in the pole vault and Ashtyn Morris in the discus.
The Quincy girls defeated Jonesville 88-48 and Concord 118-17.
Sophia Snellenberger set another school record in the discus as she won with a distance of 143 feet, eight inches. She also won the shot put.
Other Quincy winners were Nikkia Cronk in the 100, Elise Wright in the 3200, Teagan Payne in the 100 hurdles, Lita Fulton in the 300 hurdles, Flo Vito in the pole vault and Abby Tinervia in the long jump.
