CONSTANTINE, MI (WTVB) – The Quincy Orioles edged Kalamazoo Hackett by 15 points to win the girls championship at the Constantine Invitational on Friday night.
Quincy finished first with 115 points followed by Hackett with 100 points and Buchanan with 76. Bronson finished seventh in the girls meet.
Quincy won three of the five field events. Raigen Horsfall won the shot put, Sophia Snellenberger took first in the discus and Nikkia Cronk won the high jump.
The team of Brooke Wasikowski, Cronk, Flo Vito and Abby Tinervia won the 400 relay.
Bronson’s Jaiden Hayes won the 100 hurdles and the 300 hurdles.
Quincy was seventh while Bronson was eighth in the boys meet.
Quincy’s Tae’Sean Bodley won the 300 hurdles.
