COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – ProMedica Coldwater Regional Hospital President Dan Schwanke has announced his retirement which is effective December 31, 2022.
Schwanke has served as President of the hospital since 2020.
His tenure with ProMedica spans more than three decades, during which time he served in a variety of roles including president of ProMedica Monroe Regional Hospital and ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital.
With Schwanke’s retirement, ProMedica has announced that Alan Sattler will move into the role of President of P.C.R.H. effective January 1, 2023. Sattler will serve as Chief Operating Officer of P.C.R.H. effective immediately to facilitate a seamless transition.
Sattler has been with ProMedica for 37 years and has served in a number of critical operational and financial positions within ProMedica hospitals and ProMedica Physicians, as well as across the system.
He served as President of ProMedica Flower Hospital in Sylvania, Ohio for more than five years.
