BRANCH COUNTY, MI (WTVB) – After getting little if any rain for almost three weeks, Branch County is included in a Flood Watch which in effect through Wednesday evening.
The Flood Watch covers portions of northern Indiana, southwest Michigan and northwest Ohio.

They say a large area has observed 24 hour total rainfall above two inches, with spots in south central Michigan and northeast Indiana receiving between six and 10 inches of rainfall.
Additional storms with heavy rainfall rates are expected Wednesday that may generate new flash flooding or further exacerbate ongoing flash flooding.
