COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – After a half hour executive session to discuss his performance over the past 12 months, the Coldwater City Council voted to increase City Manager Keith Baker’s salary by two-and-a-half percent for each of the next two years on Monday night.
In addition, they decided to give Baker and City Attorney Megan Angell a bonus.
Council member John Petzko made the motion.
A list of goals and objectives for Baker to pursue over the next two years was also approved by the Council.
Baker has been Coldwater’s City Manager since April 2017. Before that, he served as the Assistant City Manager under Jeff Budd.
