CENTREVILLE, MI (WNWN/WTVB) – A Sturgis woman was convicted on Tuesday in St. Joseph County Circuit Court for being in Possession of Methamphetamine and Hydrocodone.
52-year-old Stephani Webb is facing up to ten years in prison. She is scheduled to be sentenced on October 21.
Webb was convicted following a one day jury trial in front of Judge Paul Stutesman.
She was arrested in Three Rivers on August 30, 2021 during a parole compliance check.
The St. Joseph County Prosecutors Office says Webb was found hiding from law enforcement under blankets in the parolee’s bedroom.
They went on to say a search by law enforcement resulted in the recovery of multiple methamphetamine pipes and illegal drugs, including methamphetamine and hydrocodone.
