COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – ADAPT, Incorporated of Coldwater recently recognized the achievements of 35-year employee Rodney Mobley.
Mobley first began working for ADAPT in September of 1987. At the time, he was finishing up his bachelor’s degree in Automotive Manufacturing Technologies.
While working as a substitute for ADAPT as he attended ITT Tech, he completed his bachelor’s degree and landed his “dream” job working with robots. After some time working in the Automotive Technologies field, Mobley discovered that he preferred working with people over robots and decided to continue his career with ADAPT.
Over his three decades with ADAPT, Mobley has spent the majority of his time working in the residential program and has most recently been full-time at the Gail Ann Home in Coldwater.
He also worked at Outlook Clubhouse from 2007-2014.
Mobley says, “I am doing what I love, which is taking care of people.”
ADAPT, Inc. is a nonprofit organization serving Branch and St. Joseph Counties.
