BRANCH COUNTY, MI (WTVB) – There are several options on Thanksgiving Day for those who can’t get home for the holiday.
The Coach Eby Youth and Family Center at 89 West Chicago in Coldwater will host a Thanksgiving Feast from noon until 2:00 p.m.. Donations will be accepted and carryout is available.

The Coldwater American Legion Post #52 will be hosting a free community Thanksgiving dinner. Members of the Coldwater American Legion, American Legion Auxiliary and Sons of the American Legion will serve the dinner at the Post located at 84 West Chicago Street beginning at 3:00 p.m. on Thanksgiving.
Turkey and ham will be provided by the Legion. Visitors are encouraged to bring a passing dish or dessert to help round out the menu.
The Legion lounge will also be open with refreshments available. There is no cost to attend and the public is welcome.
Smitty’s Pizza in Bronson and the Bronson Knights of Columbus will continue a Thanksgiving tradition with the serving of free dinners.
Meals will be served to the first 300 people at Smitty’s Pizza on Thanksgiving between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.. You can call (517) 858-1159 to pre-order for pick up, dine in or delivery.
Deliveries will be made between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon on Thanksgiving. Numerous donations have been made by community members over the years to help offset the costs of the dinners.
