JACKSON, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater Cardinal bowlers split their Interstate 8 matches with Parma Western on Thursday at Jax 60 Lanes in Jackson.
The Varsity boys had a rough night, with their first loss of the season, 21 to 9.
Parma took both Regular games 850 to 785 and 851 to 794
They split the baker games winning game one 165 to 136, losing the second game 215 to 167, losing totals 351 to 332.
Coldwater was led by Kristian Yearling and Vinnie Beekman each having a 209 game.
The JV boys won their meet 19 to 11. Coldwater was led by Kahle Weis, with a 167 and Logan Cleckner with a 164.
The Varsity girls won their meet 29 to 1
Taking both regular games 699 to 507 and 850 to 674, taking totals 1549 to 1181.
They also took both baker games 148 to 138 and 167 to 101, taking totals 315 to 239.
The JV girls bowled a split squad team, winning 19 to 17. The JV girls were led by Ashlyn Cleckner with a 153 and Madison Shuler with a 135.
