MONTGOMERY, MI (WTVB) – A Hillsdale man was injured on Wednesday when a traffic crash took place in Montgomery.
The Hillsdale County Sheriff’s Office reports it happened at about noon on McCallum Street near Moonlot Street.
They say 80-year-old Robert Jerry May was traveling east on McCollum when he lost control.
His vehicle went off the road, entered the ditch and landed in a river embankment.
May complained of chest and leg pain and was transported to Hillsdale Hospital by the Reading Emergency Unit for injuries sustained in the crash.
Fire departments from Montgomery and Camden, the Reading Emergency Unit and First Call Towing assisted the Sheriff’s Office.
