JACKSON, MI (WTVB) – Quincy’s bowling teams traveled to Suburban Lanes in Jackson Friday to face Michigan Center and earned a split in the varsity matches.
The Oriole boys defeated the Cardinals 27-3, taking both Baker games with a combined 429 score and setting a school record with a 2048 series in singles. Tyler Short had the high game individually with a 258.
Quincy’s girls lost to Michigan Center 22-8, dropping the Baker games 261-213. Madison Wineland rolled a 178 in singles.
The Oriole JV team dominated in their 29-1 win against the Cardinals, winning the Baker games with a 339 series and taking the singles 1917-1379.
Quincy will host Jonesville Tuesday at L&J Lanes.
