COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A man that according to court records has a criminal history that goes back almost three decades waived a Tuesday Branch County District Court preliminary exam on three felony cases involving seven charges.
The cases filed against 49-year-old Michael James Temples were bound over to Branch County Circuit Court.
He is facing charges of third degree fleeing from a police officer, aggravated stalking, breaking and entering of a building with intent, unlawful driving away of a motor vehicle, obstruction of justice and two counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a law enforcement officer.
Court records indicate the alleged crimes took place between September of 2021 and September of 2022.
Temples is scheduled to appear for a Circuit Court pre-trial conference on February 13.
