COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Legg Middle School girls basketball teams swept Jackson Northwest on Wednesday night.
The 8th grade A team got their first win of the season as they defeated Northwest 24-15. Paisley Harvey led Legg with five points while Marie Powers grabbed 12 rebounds.
The 8th grade B team won 30–20 as they improved to 3-2 for the season. Audra Hall led Legg with six points.
The 7th Grade A team beat Northwest 27-21 as their record improved to 3-1. Audrina Bucklin led Legg with 19 points.
The 7th Grade B team beat Northwest 32-8 to improve their record to 2-2. Claire Stroup and Madison Combs both scored 12 points for Legg.
