(Reuters) – New Zealand were bowled out for 209 in reply to England’s declared first innings total of 435 for eight before lunch on day three of the second test in Wellington on Sunday.
England captain Ben Stokes sent New Zealand in to bat again, with the hosts having fallen 27 runs short of avoiding the follow-on.
New Zealand need to make 226 runs in their second innings to make England bat again.
