WOODBRIDGE TOWNSHIP, MI (WTVB) – A Montgomery woman was taken to Hillsdale Hospital Saturday when the vehicle she was in crashed into a tree in Hillsdale County.
The Hillsdale County Sheriff’s Office says the crash happened just before noon on East Montgomery Road near Frontier Road.
They say 31-year-old Jonathan Vincent Williams of Montgomery and his passenger, 31-year-old Jenna Marie Witsman of Montgomery MI, were traveling west when they struck slush in the roadway.
The vehicle then went out of control, ran off road to the right, flipped onto the drivers side, and struck a tree.
The Reading Emergency Unit transported Witsman to Hillsdale Hospital for injuries sustained in the crash.
The Woodbridge Fire Department, the Reading Emergency Unit, and Hillsdale Tow assisted the Sheriff’s Office.
