COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – It’s sure sign that spring has arrived in Coldwater. Short’s Root Beer Stand at 378 West Chicago is scheduled to open for the season on Monday.
The menu boards have been replaced. Customers can now scan a QR Code which has been posted in place of the boards for the menu.
If you prefer the old fashioned way or are technology challenged, a carhop will bring a menu to your vehicle this year and take your order.
There is also another QR Code to scan and read while you are waiting as Short’s is trying to do a Fun Facts Coldwater page for out-of-town visitors.
