City Council approves various board appointments requested by Mayor

COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater City Council approved a number of board reappointments that were made by Mayor Tom Kramer on Monday night.

Council member Michael Beckwith was appointed to the Planning Commission for the next year. A Council member is appointed to the Planning Commission every year.

Jessika Cole and Jeff Budd were named to the Planning Commission for terms expiring in May of 2026. Budd replaces David Rumsey on the Planning Commission.

Named to the Zoning Board of Appeals for terms expiring in May of 2026 were David Sattler, Gordon Swan and Jim Bilsborrow. Bilsborrow will serve as an alternate.

Appointed for terms expiring in May of 2028 were Scott Ohm to the Coldwater B.P.U. Board of Directors, David Cole to the Construction Board of Appeals, Joe Gaglio to the Property Maintenance Code Board of Appeals and Rosemary Rial to the Recreation Board.
