Kim Marie Brenneman, 67, of Coldwater, passed away Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at Ascension Borgess Medical Center in Kalamazoo.
Funeral services will be held Monday, April 17, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at the Eagle Funeral Home-George White Chapel in Quincy with Pastor Mark Case officiating. Private family interment will take place in Lakeview Cemetery in Quincy.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 17 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
She was born on December 5, 1955 in Mt. Pleasant to Alfred Smillie and Doris (Cole) Wheeler. Kim married Raymond Brenneman on October 27, 1973 and he survives.
Kim graduated from Quincy High School and went on to work at Acorn in Quincy and later Hilex Controls in Litchfield. She loved NASCAR, gardening and especially her family. Kim was a social butterfly and was the nicest woman you have ever met and never had a bad thing to say about anyone.
In addition to her husband, Raymond, Kim is survived by two sons, Robert (Audrey) Brenneman of Jonesville, Jason (Ruth) Brenneman of Girard; Eight siblings, Daniel (Patricia) Smillie of Florida, Linda Dice of Midland, Steven (Cleo) Smillie of Three Rivers, Bradley (Wanda) Smillie of Texas, Sonya (John) Blanchard of Chase, Cindy (Brian) Warzak of Big Rapids, Robert Wheeler of Mt. Pleasant, Donald (Kandy) Wheeler of Loomis and six grandchildren.
Kim was proceeded in death by her parents; three sisters, Ruth Hutchinson, Barbara Parks, Karen Hagamen and one brother David Smillie.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Laurels of Coldwater.
