Coldwater romps over Sturgis in girls soccer; Miller, Bockheim and Walinski all score twice

STURGIS, MI (WTVB) – The offense for the Coldwater girls soccer team was in high gear on Monday night as they defeated the Sturgis Trojans 8-0 and improved their record to 2-3.

Cara Miller, Lily Bockheim and Maya Walinski all scored twice for Coldwater.

Hannah Stevens and Katie O’Dell also found the net.

O’Dell also had three assists while Miller assisted on two goals. Dani Jasso also had an assist.

Goaltenders Izzie Pool and Abby Garcia combined on the shut out. Pool had seven saves while Garcia made three saves.
