QUINCY TOWNSHIP, MI (WTVB) – A Portage woman was killed Sunday afternoon when her 1996 Buick Century crashed on Jonesville Road east of Quincy Grange Road.
The Branch County Sheriff’s Department reports the crash happeend at about 2:37 p.m. when the east bound vehicle driven by 30-year-old Dominique Marie Mendham left the road and struck a tree broadside.
Mendham was pronounced dead on scene.
The crash remains under investigation at this time.
Deputies were assisted on scene by Life-Care Ambulance, the Quincy and Coldwater Fire Departments, the Michigan DNR, the Michigan State Police and Dutchers Funeral Home.
