COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater Board of Public Utilties want to hear from their residential customers. In partnership with GreatBlue Research Inc., the CBPU will conduct a digital survey that will start this Monday, May 15 and go until June 2, 2023.
The CBPU says the purpose of the survey is to obtain customer feedback and better understand overall satisfaction. Topics will include satisfaction with the customer service department, communication preferences of customers, and the use and interest in the utility’s programs and services.
As required by the Code of Ethics of the National Council on Public Polls and the United States Privacy Act of 1974, GreatBlue Research, Inc. maintains the anonymity of respondents to surveys the firm conducts. No information will be released that might, in any way, reveal the identity of the respondent to the CBPU.
You can take the survey on line, through the CBPU’s social media, through a QR code on a flyer at the Henry L. Brown Municipal Building, or by requesting a print copy. The survey will also be sent via e-mail to all customers who have provided the CBPU with their e-mail address.
