QUINCY, MI (WTVB) – The Quincy Chamber of Commerce is reminding everyone that Quincy’s Sounds of Summer starts this Thursday night, June 22 at the Quincy Park and it will be held every Thursday evening through August 24.
Scotty Butters will kick off the season this Thursday evening.
Pending action by the Quincy Village Council on Tuesday night, the stage in the park will be re-named and be known as the M.C.C.U. Performance Pavilion through 2028.
Marshall Community Credit Union has pledged to donate a total of $20,000 to sponsor events over a five-year period.
In turn, the Village will include the M.C.C.U. logo on the promotional flyers and advertising for events.
Logos for M.C.C.U. will also be displayed on wristbands for the beer tent and on the Pints in the Park event entrance.
The Village will provide side stage banners for Sounds of Summer, Kids Day in the Park, and all events hosted by the Village with the M.C.C.U. logo.
