BATAVIA TOWNSHIP, MI (WTVB) – A motorcyclist was seriously injured in a crash on Thursday night which is being investigated by the Michigan State Police.
The crash was reported at about 8:25 p.m. on M-86 west of Webb Road. State Police says a man in his mid 50s was driving east when his motorcycle hit some loose gravel on the side of the road.
It then went out of control and crashed.
Life Care Ambulance took the driver to ProMedica Coldwater Regional Hospital. Bronson firefighters were also on the scene.
The crash victim’s name has not been released by the State Police. A portion of M-86 had to be shut down for a short time following the crash.
