They can only be used between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 11:45 p.m. on the Saturday and Sunday before Memorial Day, between June 29 and July 4, on the Saturday and Sunday before Labor Day and on New Years Eve.
Baker says it is a $100 civil infraction ticket for the first offense in the City of Coldwater.
Tuesday’s Branch County 9-1-1 log shows Coldwater Police had to handle 11 fireworks complaints between 8:30 p.m. and midnight.
Police were called to South Hudson and Perkins, Conover Street, Grand and West Pierce, the 100 block of East Pearl, Clay and Waterman, Tibbits Street and the 100 block of South Jefferson
